The enquiry worksheet prepares an email in your own mail application. HPF.kz may receive the contact and shipment details included in that email.

The information is used to review a freight request, clarify route and compliance requirements and respond to the sender.
Legal basis and location
The final consent wording, retention period, data controller identity and storage location remain pending legal confirmation under Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V on Personal Data and Their Protection.
